Northeast Florida CAI is the regional chapter of the Community Associations Institute dedicated to supporting community association leaders, managers, business partners, and professionals across Northeast Florida. We provide practical education, best-practice resources, advocacy, and networking to help condominium, HOA, communities thrive. Through workshops, certification programs, local events, and legislative outreach, Northeast Florida CAI empowers volunteers and industry professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to preserve property values, promote effective governance, and foster safe, well-managed communities.
