Professional Bio
As Vice President of Marsh McClennan Agency’s (“MMA”) Condominium & Multifamily Practice, Chase is a Commercial Lines agent specializing in providing expert insurance consulting for community associations. Chase’s consultative approach translates complex insurance matters to help educate his association clients on the necessary steps to manage risks, control costs, and achieve objectives. Chase is able to proficiently coordinate the many available resources at MMA to match the specific needs of each association client.
Prior to joining MMA, Chase was an attorney at a law firm serving as both a legal advisor and advocate for community associations on issues ranging from corporate governance, contract review and negotiations, covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation and revisions, land use, dispute resolution, and litigation. Using his legal background, Chase keeps clients abreast of the ever-changing laws and regulations concerning associations and provides a unique perspective when advising clients.
Chase earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University, and a juris doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Chase is admitted to the Florida Bar and holds a Property & Casualty license.
