Melissa Winter

Melissa Winter is the Community Association Relationship Manager for Becker, where she works closely with community association managers, board members, and business partners throughout Florida. She brings more than a decade of experience in community association management, operations, client relations, and business development. As a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Melissa understands the unique challenges facing community associations and is passionate about supporting the professionals who serve them.

Melissa is an active volunteer leader within the Community Associations Institute. She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Florida Chapter of CAI, Chair of the Education Committee for the Central Florida Chapter, and a member of the Social Committee for the Suncoast Chapter. Through these roles, she is dedicated to advancing industry education, fostering professional connections, and encouraging engagement within the community association profession.

A frequent attendee, sponsor, and supporter of industry events throughout Florida, Melissa is committed to strengthening relationships between community association professionals and the resources available to help their communities thrive.

Outside of work and volunteer service, Melissa is an avid reader who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
