I am a business development and relationship management professional with more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing, construction, real estate, property management, and community associations. My career has been built on developing relationships, creating strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities, and helping organizations grow.

As a Senior Business Development Manager with Paul Davis Restoration of North Florida, I specialize in commercial and multifamily business development, property restoration, emergency response, mitigation, reconstruction, and renovation. I work with property managers, community associations, commercial property owners, facility professionals, insurance professionals, and industry partners to provide solutions when properties experience unexpected events or require restoration services.

I am passionate about serving and strengthening the Northeast Florida business and community association community. I currently serve as President of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (NEFL CAI), where I work alongside community association managers, board members, homeowners, business partners, and industry professionals to promote education, professional development, networking, and collaboration.

As President, I focus on creating opportunities for members to connect, learn, grow, and prepare for the future. I am passionate about emerging trends, technology, artificial intelligence, risk management, resiliency, insurance, emergency preparedness, and the issues shaping the future of community associations.
