Expo Booth Descriptions
Premium Plus Booths – 20' x 10'
Premium Plus booths offer expanded space for enhanced displays, demonstrations, networking, and attendee engagement. Each booth includes one 8-foot table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.
Premium Plus Booths: $2900.00
Premium and Standard Booths – 10' x 10'
Premium and Standard booths provide an ideal setting to showcase your company, products, and services while connecting with attendees. Each booth includes one 8-foot table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.
Premium Booths: $1250.00
Standard Booth: $950.00
Booth Representatives
Each booth registration includes two representatives to staff the booth. Vendors may add up to two additional representatives for a fee of $55 per person. Each registered representative will receive one lunch ticket and one drink ticket.
Additional Services
Electrical service is available for purchase through a third-party vendor. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging and purchasing electrical service directly from the vendor.
Move-In and Tear-Down Times
Exhibitors may set up their booths during either of the following times:
- Evening Before the Trade Show: 4:00 pm. to 8:00 pm
- Day of the Trade Show: Beginning at 7:00 am
All booths must be completely set up by 9:00 am, when the trade show floor opens to attendees.
Tear-down may begin at 3:00 pm Exhibitors should not dismantle or remove booth materials before that time.
Hotel Accommodations
A block of hotel rooms will be available for vendors exhibiting at the trade show. Vendors may reserve rooms within the designated hotel block at the special group rate, subject to availability.
